The Trifecta

Virtually everything that we understand began as news.  The public yearns to gain a more indepth knowledge of our society and outside world.  Every bit of news has a specific influence or effect on it’s audience.  The most effective type of news is that which spreads by word of mouth from friends and acquaintances. News can be eerie, confusing, or downright unsophisticated but the simple truth is that the ability and need to inform the public will always exist.  Curiosity is human nature.  News is the discovery that helps to fill this indestructible void.

Great journalism is a call for justice.  It’s not simply a request, but a translated form of activism that allows participants to capture facts that they may have never heard or understood clearly.  Great journalism is the compassionate and relentless fight to uncover and investigate stories that otherwise would go unchecked by the public eye.  Great Journalism creates a tight bond of trust and confidence within the audience by using accurate and ethical content. Great journalists make each individual viewer feel what they’ve written was for them by someone they can trust and respect.
